EXERCISE & RESISTANCE TRAINING



There are six different body parts: Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, Legs and Abdominals. This page describes various exercises for each body part. There are two basic types of resistance exercises: Compound movements and Isolation movements. Compound movements are exercises that work more than one body part. Isolation movements are exercises that concentrate on one individual muscle or body part. Click on the links below for information on each particular exercise.
